PIG PICKIN' CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
3 eggs
1/4 c. oil

FILLING:

1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. Dream Whip whipped topping
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice

Blend all four ingredients for cake with electric mixer for 2-3 minutes. Pour into three 9 inch cake pans, greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

For filling, prepare pudding and whipped topping by directions. Blend whipped topping and pineapple into pudding. Refrigerate until stiff.

Cool cake layers. Puncture with fork and saturate with pineapple juice. Fill between layers and on top with pudding mixture. Refrigerate.
