1 box Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
4 whole eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
1 can mandarin orange slices (juice & all)

Put all ingredients in mixer bowl and mix for 3 minutes. Pour batter into 3 greased 8" cake pans and bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. After cake has been thoroughly cooled to room temperature, put icing between layers and over all the cake.

ICING:

1 lb. can crushed pineapple, juice & all
1 lb. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
12-14 oz. Cool Whip
