CRAB MELT-A-WAYS 
12 English muffins
1/2 lb. crabmeat
1/2 lb. soft butter
7 oz. jar Old English sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Slice muffins in half (whole wheat muffins are great). Spread with above mixture and freeze. Remove from freezer and cut into quarters. Broil until slightly brown and bubbly.
