CRAB MELTS 
6 English muffins, sliced in half
7 oz. crabmeat, rinsed and drained
1 stick butter, softened
7 oz. jar Old English Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Mix all and spread on muffin halves. Freeze until firm or ready to use at least 1/2 hour. Cut each muffin into eighths. Broil until they puff and are golden brown. Serve.
