HOT CRAB MELT 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Harris Crab Meat, drained and flaked
1/4 c. Bennett's Cocktail Sauce or Tartar Sauce
2 tbsp. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. ReaLemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate, optional
2 English muffins, split and toasted
4 slices Borden Process American Cheese Food

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine crab meat, sauce, celery, green pepper and ReaLemon if desired; spread equal amounts on muffin halves. Bake 5 minutes. Top each with cheese food slice; bake 5 minutes longer or until hot. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 4 servings.
