HOT CRAB 
1/2 lb. crab or imitation crab
1 sm. onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack
2/3 c. celery soup
English muffins, split and toasted

Combine first 6 ingredients, stir well. Put on cut side of English muffin or buttered casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.

Try using the artificial crab in the crab sandwich. It works just as well. I've served this to company with a fruit salad and a good rich dessert, like cheesecake. Pounds, pounds go away, come to someone else another day!
