SWEET POTATOES WITH CRUNCHY
TOPPING
 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. sherry flavoring
2 eggs, beaten

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. butter

Cook and mash sweet potatoes. Mix first eight ingredients together and pour into a greased baking dish. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over top. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
