LITE TERIYAKI PORK MEDALLIONS 
2 (3/4 lb. each) pork tenderloins
Non-stick cooking spray
6 tbsp. Kikkoman Lite teriyaki Marinade and Sauce

Cut each tenderloin crosswise into 8 equal slices; place between sheets of wax paper. Pound gently and evenly until pieces are about 1/2 inch thick. Spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Add pork and cook about 2 minutes on each side, or until browned. Blend lite teriyaki sauce and 1/2 cup water; pour over pork. Cover and simmer 2 minutes. Turn pork pieces over and simmer, uncovered, 3 minutes longer. Serve immediately with pan juices. Makes 6 servings.
