LINDA'S SWEET AND SOUR BRISKET 
1 tsp. salt
3 lbs. brisket
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. hot beef broth
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. water
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. can cranberry sauce

Rub salt on both sides of brisket. Heat oil and add brisket. Brown 5 minutes on each side. Place in baking pan. Combine broth, Worcestershire sauce and pour over brisket. Cover and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Remove. Combine the water, cornstarch, lemon juice, and stir in cranberry. Add to broth mixture; mix well. Spoon over meat. Cover, bake one hour and 15 minutes.
