CROCK POT MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
2 tbsp. oil
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. minced onion

Cook and drain macaroni. Toss cooked macaroni in 2 tablespoons oil. Add all remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crock pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours stirring occasionally.
