SALMON BAKE 
2 c. salmon, undrained
1-1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove skin and bones from salmon. Add all other ingredients, stir with fork to blend well. Put in quart size casserole. Bake 40 minutes or until done.
