REUBEN SANDWICH 
1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. sliced turkey
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
rye bread

Marinate sauerkraut and mayonnaise 30 minutes. Arrange pieces of turkey, Swiss cheese and corned beef on buttered slices of rye bread. Spread 1/3 cup marinated sauerkraut on each slice of bread. Top with bread. Cut in 1/2. Sandwich will be 1 1/2 to 2-inches high.
