BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
4 tsp. baking powder
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. fresh blueberries

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. cold butter

Cream together sugar and butter until fluffy. Beat in egg. Mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to egg-sugar mixture alternately with milk. Add vanilla and beat well. Gently fold in berries.

TOPPING: In a small bowl mix together topping ingredients until crumbs. Fill muffin tin with muffin mix, top with crumbs. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm.
