J.M.'S BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. blueberries
2 tsp. sugar for top

Sift dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs one at a time; add sifted dry ingredients and milk alternately. Mash 1/2 cup berries and stir into mixture. Add rest of berries whole. Pile high in muffin tins and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
