BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 - 1 1/2 c. frozen blueberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Mix oil, egg and milk and pour into dry ingredients. Mix only until blended. Fold in berries and pour into 8 lined muffin tins. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
