BLUEBERRY CRUMB MUFFINS 
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 c. milk
1 1/2 - 2 c. blueberries

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. slightly softened butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl.

In separate bowl, combine eggs, milk and oil. Stir into the dry ingredients until moistened. Stir in berries. Fill paper lined muffin tins 1/2 full. Sprinkle generously with topping and bake for 20 minutes.

To make topping: Mix together dry ingredients and cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
