BLUEBERRY FEATHER MUFFINS 
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening

Cream.

1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. blueberries (drained)

Mix egg with sugar and shortening mixture. Add 1/2 the flour mixture, then the milk and then the other 1/2 of flour. Fold in berries.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Sprinkle over top of muffins before baking. Bake at 375 degrees 20-25 minutes.
