PINEAPPLE ICING 
2 egg yolks
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1/2-1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour

In saucepan, beat egg yolks, flour and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and beat. Add pineapple and butter. Boil until thickens over medium heat. Pour over prepared yellow cake that has been cooked in a oblong pan.
