CHINESE SPARE RIBS | |
4 lbs. ribs 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. sherry (dry) 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine all ingredients, except ribs. Pour mixture over ribs in shallow pan and let stand 2 hours, turning ribs often. Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour. |
