CHINESE BBQ RIBS | |
2-3 lb. rack pork spare ribs MARINADE: 1/2 tsp. 5-spice powder 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. soy 2 tbsp. sherry wine 1 tsp. sesame oil 1 crushed garlic cloves BASTING SAUCE: Equal parts of hoisin sauce & ketchup Honey Marinade ribs in sauce several hours or overnight. Roast ribs at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes a side. Brush often with basting sauce. Turn oven to broil. Brush ribs with honey and broil each side 2 to 3 minutes to glaze ribs. |
