TASTY TWICE COOKED POTATOES 
8 baking potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel and boil potatoes. Place potatoes in large bowl. Add softened cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mash and place in greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for about 1 hour.
