CAVIAR CREAM CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) jar red caviar, drained
Party pumpernickel bread, sliced

Let cheese stand at room temperature to soften. Shape into ball; flatten top. Place on plate; refrigerate.

TO SERVE: Spoon caviar over top of cream cheese. Spoon on to bread.
