HOT GERMAN GREEN BEAN SALAD 
2 (1 lb.) cans green beans, drained
1 c. liquid from beans
3 slices bacon, fried and crumbled, save drippings

Add these ingredients to bacon drippings: 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. bacon drippings 1 lg. onion, sliced 1/4 c. bean liquid

Mix together: 1/4 c. bean liquid

Add to above mixture. Cook until thick and clear. Add beans and heat through. Put into serving dish and sprinkle bacon on top.
