HAM MOUSSE 
1 c. ground ham
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 env. plain gelatin

In blender, grind cooked ham and mix with mayonnaise. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup of V-8. Heat 3/4 cup V-8 and stir well into gelatin to dissolve it. Add the rest of the V-8 and mix with ham mixture. Pour into mold and chill until set. Unmold and garnish with olives or egg slices or cucumber.
