CRAWFISH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crawfish tails & fat
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. red pepper

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Cook covered in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. DO NOT ADD SALT SEASONING! Crawfish are already seasoned.
