MARIE'S CRAWFISH CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 lb. crawfish, boiled and peeled
1 c. brown rice, cooked

Saute onion and celery in butter. Add cream cheese, soup, crawfish and rice. Bake at 350 degrees until warm through and through. This is also good with boiled shrimp.
