SHRIMP OR CRAWFISH - N - CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. crawfish or shrimp tails
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
3 c. cooked rice
1 lg. onion, celery, bell pepper & green onions, chopped

Saute onions and other vegetables then add crawfish or shrimp, stir, cook 15 minutes. Stir in soups and green onions, cook 15 minutes longer, stirring often. Add cooked rice and put in casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot.
