CHEESE AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
3 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. long grain rice, cooked
1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. light cream
1/3 c. cocktail sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. fresh shelled, cooked shrimp
Garlic salt

Cook mushrooms in butter for 4 to 5 minutes until tender. Stir in rice, cheese, cream, cocktail sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and chill 6 shrimp. Halve remaining shrimp lengthwise; stir into rice mixture. Add garlic salt to taste. Spoon mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until hot. Garnish with reserved shrimp and parsley.
