SHRIMP AND CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
1/2 stick butter 2 c. bread crumbs 4 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. dry mustard 2 sm. cans mushrooms 3/4 lb. grated sharp cheese 1 lb. shrimp Pour the melted butter over the bread crumbs. Let set for a few minutes. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and cheese. Put bread crumbs in a greased 9 x 12 inch casserole dish. Drain mushrooms. Put on top of bread crumbs. Add cooked shrimp. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves 4. |
