HAM PATTIES 
1 1/2 c. ground leftover ham
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. bacon fat
4 eggs, fried

Mix together the first 5 ingredients, moisten with a little water or tomato juice if necessary and form into 4 flat patties.

Brown quickly in a heavy skillet on both sides in hot bacon fat. Place onto 4 heated plates and serve with a fried egg on each. 4 servings.
