TURKEY OR HAM IN PATTY SHELLS 
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. green pepper, minced
6 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 c. defatted chicken broth
1 c. milk, skim
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked turkey or chicken
1 1/2 c. diced low fat ham
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 oz. jar of pimento, drained
8 patty shells, already prepared

Saute onion and pepper in water. Cook until tender. Stir in flour and pepper. Cook until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add broth and milk. Cook until mixture boils and thickens. Stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients, except the patty shells. Cook until thoroughly heated.

Serve in patty shells, also very good over rice.
