CREAMED CHICKEN IN PATTY SHELLS 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup or nacho cheese soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 tbsp. dry sherry
2 (5 oz.) cans chunk white chicken
4 frozen patty shells

Place onion in 2 quart microwave safe casserole. Cover with lid, microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes or until tender. Stir in soup until smooth. Stir in cheese, milk, pimento and sherry. Gently fold in chicken. Cover; microwave on high 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly; stirring once during cooking. Serve over patty shells. Makes 4 servings. I use cooked, boneless, skinless chicken breasts and frozen pastry puffs can be used in lieu of patty shells.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
