HAM - PATTY SHELLS 
3 c. diced cooked ham
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. milk
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
8 patty shells

Cook ham and onion in butter until onion is tender. Remove from heat. Blend flour and milk; stir into sour cream, add to skillet with sliced olives and almonds. Serve in patty shells. Heat through. DO NOT BOIL.
