HAM LOAF OR HAM PATTIES 
Have butcher grind 1/2 ham, 1/4 pork and 1/4 veal or lean beef (medium grind). Season the same as a meat loaf. Mix. Chop green pepper or celery. Add brown sugar. Black pepper and Accent can be added, but no salt is needed. Form into meat loaf pan and bake the same as a meat loaf. Make into patties and fry with eggs for breakfast.
