DELUXE HAM PATTIES 
2 c. ham, cooked and ground
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. butter
Sour cream; optional

Combine the ham, bread crumbs, green onions, milk, egg, and pepper and shape into patties. Heat butter in a skillet and brown the patties slowly on both sides. Patties may be served lain or with sour cream. If you want the sour cream topping, add 1 cup of sour cream to the same skillet and heat it very carefully without letting it boil. Pour over patties and serve.
