EASY MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. macaroni, cooked as pkg. directs and drain
12 slices process American cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 chicken flavor bouillon cubes
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut 10 slices cheese into pieces. In medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, bouillon and mustard. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until bouillon dissolves and mixture thickens slightly. Stir in macaroni. Turn into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.

Top with remaining cheese slices. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers. Recipe can be doubled.
