DAY BEFORE SALAD | |
1 layer shredded lettuce 1 layer chopped bell pepper (about 1/3 c.) 1 layer chopped onions (about 1/4 c.) 1 layer English peas (10 oz. box frozen, cooked & cooled) 1 layer shredded lettuce Cover with mayonnaise, approx. 1/4" Generous layer of Parmesan cheese Cover tightly and allow to set in refrigerator for 24 hours. Just before serving cover generously with bacon bits. |
