SIXTY DAY CABBAGE SALAD 
1 lg. head cabbage, chopped
2 green sweet peppers
1 red sweet pepper
8 sticks celery
3 med. sweet onions
1 tbsp. salt

1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. mustard seed

Cool and pour over the chopped vegetables. Keep in refrigerator.
