GRANDMA DAY'S SALAD DRESSING 
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 egg, well beaten

Stir sugar and flour together. Add other ingredients then cook until thick. Use for coleslaw or potato salad. Keeps well refrigerated.
