GRANDMA'S POTATO SALAD 
10 potatoes
1 lg. red onion
1/2 c. vinegar
About 1/2 c. salad oil

Wash potatoes and cook until just soft. Drain, peel, and slice. Slice onion into rings and saute in vinegar until limp. Pour onions and vinegar over potatoes. Drizzle oil over all and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled!
