GRANDMA'S POTATO SALAD 
20 lbs. potatoes
2 doz. eggs (boiled)
1 qt. salad olives
2 stalks celery (diced sm.)
3 lbs. onions (chopped)
1 (16 oz.) jar sweet relish
4-6 tbsp. prepared mustard
Garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste
3 to 4 qts. Miracle Whip (depends on texture of potatoes)

Boil, peel and dice potatoes. Dice eggs and save 1 or 2 for top. Mix all ingredients. When served with other food, usually serves 100 to 150 people depending on serving size.
