SAUSAGE BREAD 
Frozen or Irish bread dough (can use pizza dough)

FILLING:

1 1/2 lb. hot or sweet sausage, out of casing
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Shredded provolone cheese

Brown sausage quickly; drain well (do ahead of time). Roll out bread the size of cookie sheet. Place sausage in the middle of dough. Cover with shredded cheese. Fold dough over. Coat top with oil. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
