WALDORF CHICKEN SALAD 
DRESSING:

1 (8 oz.) carton plain lowfat yogurt
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. ginger

SALAD:

2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. chopped apple
1 c. halved red grapes
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. raisins
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
Lettuce leaves, if desired (Boston or Romaine)

In a small bowl combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. In a large bowl combine all salad ingredients except lettuce and walnuts. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Serve on 4 lettuce-lined plates; sprinkle with walnuts. Yield: 4 (1 1/4 cup) servings. Only 340 calories, 9m of fat. Garnish plate with cantaloupe, crackers, cucumbers, peppers, etc.
