1 lb. raw sausage
3 1/2 c. biscuit mix
8 oz. grated cheese

Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix well until dry ingredients are absorbed. Pinch off in small pieces and roll in small balls. Place on non-greased cookie sheet and bake in hot oven at 425 degrees until brown.
