SAUSAGE 'N BISCUIT BAKE 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
16 oz. can mixed vegetables
10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
10 oz. can Hungry Jack biscuits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In frying pan brown sausage, drain. Add to sausage, onions, green peppers, celery, vegetables and soup; mix well. Heat until hot and bubbling. Pour into 9 inch square pan. Arrange biscuits on top of hot meat mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.

Serves 4.
