STIR FRY PORK 
1 1/2 lb. pork, cut into stirfry strips
1 pkg. frozen Oriental vegetables
2 pkgs. stir fry mix (in the produce section)
1 cooking bag instant microwave rice

Brown the pork in 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet. Mix the stir fry mix with water according to package directions and add the pork. Cook covered 10 to 15 minutes over low heat. Add package of frozen vegetables and cook another 10 to 15 minutes, covered. Cook the rice in the microwave according to package directions.

When vegetables are done, serve over rice. Makes 4 good sized servings in 1/2 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
