TAKEYA'S FRIED RICE 
3 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 finely chopped green onions
1 diced medium white onion
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup oil (or enough to thinly covering bottom of pan)

Heat heavy 10'' skillet on medium high; add oil, and onions for 1 minute. Add rice and soy sauce. Let cook until slightly brown (about 3 to 5 minutes) then push over to other side of skillet. Add eggs and let cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Combine mixture, adjust seasoning to taste and enjoy.

My husband was so excited that I made an authentic fried rice. He asks for it at least once a week. This was delicious!!

I did add a lot of garlic to the oil and rice in the beginning. It was delicious!
