CRANBERRY CRUNCH | |
1 c. quick oats 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. coconut 1/3 c. butter 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice Mix first 5 ingredients together, cutting in butter. Place half of the mixture in a greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Add whole cranberry sauce with lemon juice. Add other half of crunch mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
