ROASTED NEW POTATOES 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. each marjoram leaves & salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. sm. new red potatoes (1 1/2-2" in diameter), well scrubbed
2 sm. onions, cut lengthwise into quarters

Combine butter, marjoram, salt and pepper in a shallow 1 1/2 to 2 quart baking dish. Add potatoes and onions, turning to coat with butter mixture. Bake in 400 degree oven until potatoes are tender when pierced (40-45 minutes). Serves 6.
