EASY CORN PUDDING 
2 c. fresh corn
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk

Combine corn, sugar, salt and pepper. Add eggs and mix. Add butter to milk, heat until butter is melted. Blend the milk with corn and egg. Put into baking dish, bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
